Who This Is For
This workshop is right for you if:
- You still have "tight hips" no matter how much stretching/mobility you do.
- You want to be able to squat, deadlift, and run without worrying about getting hurt.
- One hip always feels different or uncomfortable
- You want practical tools you can actually start using today.
All activity levels are welcome.
What This is NOT
This workshop is not:
- A stretch class
- A passive mobility flow
- A physical therapy session
- A medical diagnosis or treatment plan
This is about building capacity, not chasing quick fixes.
