Free In-Person Workshop

Have you been doing it wrong this whole time?

Your hips aren't tight. They're under-loaded and under-prepared.

What This Workshop Is

This is a hands-on, movement-first workshop focused on helping you:

  • understand how your hips actually move
  • learn how to control and load those positions
  • build hips that can handle the demands of training and life

Instead of chasing more random flexibility, we’ll focus on building ownership, preparation, and durability in the tissues so they can handle more and tolerate for longer.

What to Expect

You’ll start moving right away, experiencing different hip positions before we explain why they matter.

We’ll work through three foundational hip patterns where most people lose control, feel tight, or compensate without realizing it, including hinging with rotation control, split stance hip extension, and lateral side to side hip control.

These patterns cover the most common limitations people feel in lifting, running, and everyday movement.

You’ll leave with practical drills and multiple ways to load them using bands, dumbbells, cables and etc, so you can apply what you learn right away.

Who This Is For

This workshop is right for you if:

  • You still have "tight hips" no matter how much stretching/mobility you do.
  • You want to be able to squat, deadlift, and run without worrying about getting hurt.
  • One hip always feels different or uncomfortable
  • You want practical tools you can actually start using today.

All activity levels are welcome.

What This is NOT

This workshop is not:

  • A stretch class
  • A passive mobility flow
  • A physical therapy session
  • A medical diagnosis or treatment plan

This is about building capacity, not chasing quick fixes.
